Processing of children’s data requires parental consent. „Parte terta” Any entity other than the data subject, controller, processor, or those authorized by the controller to process data.l. „Sistem de evidenta a datelor” Any structured set of personal data accessible according to specific criteria.

Confidentiality Statement

GKM Group is committed to complying with all EU and national data protection laws and protecting the “rights and freedoms” of individuals whose personal information it collects and processes.
