Processing of children’s data requires parental consent. „Parte terta” Any entity other than the data subject, controller, processor, or those authorized by the controller to process data.l. „Sistem de evidenta a datelor” Any structured set of personal data accessible according to specific criteria.

Any breach of the GDPR will be addressed in line with internal disciplinary procedures and may be reported to the competent authorities.
